Leadership

Pittaya Lisawasd

  • President & Managing Partner, Misonori Hospitality
  • Co-Founder, Amata Modern Thai
  • Las Vegas Restaurateur & Hospitality Entrepreneur

“Hospitality is about shaping how people feel, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.”

About Pitt

Pittaya Lisawasd has spent more than fifteen years in Las Vegas hospitality, working inside some of the city's finest and highest-volume properties and venues, including Hakkasan, The Mayfair Supper Club, Lemongrass, and Resorts World Las Vegas. Those rooms gave him a deep feel for luxury service and the standards that define it.

Much of what shapes his approach came from the other side of the table. A lifelong student of the business, he has traveled widely and studied restaurants across cities, countries, price points, and cuisines, from neighborhood spots to internationally recognized fine dining, always asking what makes a place memorable: the food, the design, the energy, the branding, and the small details that turn a meal into an experience.

In 2025 he went all in on Misonori Hospitality, where he serves as President and Managing Partner. He identifies the market opportunity, develops the concept and brand, defines the guest, builds partnerships, and turns an idea into a hospitality business that can actually work. Its first concept, Amata Modern Thai, which he co-founded, became one of the most talked-about new restaurants in Las Vegas in its first year.
