The Right Partner Deserves the Right Team

Misonori's team covers every side of the business: vision, craft, and strategy. Most groups are strong in one or two. Misonori has all three, each led by a partner who mastered it at a high level of the industry.

For a partner, that means no single point of failure, no gap between a great idea and the business that carries it, and a team built not just to make one concept work, but to do it again.

“Hospitality is about shaping how people feel, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave” - Pitt

Pittaya Lisawasd approaches hospitality from two vantage points at once: the operator's and the guest's. He spent years inside some of Las Vegas' highest-volume and most recognized hospitality environments, including Hakkasan, The Mayfair Supper Club, Lemongrass, and Resorts World Las Vegas, developing a deep feel for luxury service and the standards that define it.

But much of what shapes his approach came from the other side of the table. A lifelong student of the business, he has traveled widely and studied restaurants across cities, countries, price points, and cuisines, from neighborhood spots to internationally recognized fine dining, constantly asking what makes a place memorable: the food, the design, the energy, the branding, and the small details that turn a meal into an experience.

That combination is his role at Misonori. He identifies the market opportunity, develops the concept and brand, defines the target guest, builds partnerships, and translates an idea into a hospitality business that can actually work. He is the partner who sees what a concept can become, then builds the vision and standard to get it there.

“Every dish I create tells the story of my journey.”

Chef Pinyo is the culinary engine behind Misonori and Amata. His background combines Thai cuisine with extensive international luxury-hotel and fine-dining experience, from the kitchens of Shangri-La, Swissôtel, and The Dome at State Tower in Bangkok to some of the most recognized names in modern Asian dining. Most notably, he served as Executive Chef of Hakkasan Las Vegas, one of the Strip's signature kitchens, a role he carried through its acquisition by Tao Group Hospitality.

What makes him particularly important to the Misonori model is that his culinary background isn't limited to traditional Thai cooking. His experience with fine-dining Chinese technique gives him a different culinary vocabulary to draw from. At Amata, he combines those techniques with Thai flavors and influences from neighboring Southeast Asian cuisines to create dishes that feel familiar enough to be approachable but different enough to be distinctly Amata. That ability to reinterpret familiar cuisines rather than simply reproduce them is central to how Misonori develops every concept.

“The business behind the food has to be as strong as the food itself.”

Evan Vasquez brings the financial discipline that turns a strong concept into a durable company. A Vice President in commercial banking and lending, he spends his career on the other side of the table, evaluating how businesses are financed, structured, and scaled. That perspective is exactly what a growing hospitality group needs.

His background gives Misonori expertise in capital planning, lending, and financial oversight, along with an understanding of how a business is judged from both an operator's and a lender's point of view. Within the partnership, he is the financial check: evaluating decisions through their economics, holding projects to budget, and making sure ambitious concepts stay viable.

As Misonori grows, that discipline becomes the infrastructure behind the expansion, the financial controls, lender relationships, and business systems required to move from a single restaurant to a hospitality portfolio. It is a rare advantage for a company this young: a founding partner who understands, from the inside, exactly how growth gets financed.
